Our Money-Back Guarantee

We want this to feel risk-free. If you create a song and it is not right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days. You can do so in your account or emailing us at [email protected].

Most refund requests can be processed instantly in your account. If an order has downloads or used a high number of retries, we may give it a quick manual review first so we can understand what went wrong and see if we can do anything else to meet your needs.

That review does not mean you have to argue with us, prove anything, or accept more revisions. We may look at the songs, lyrics, and your feedback internally, but if you are unhappy, we will still honor the refund.

Our goal is simple: if we cannot help you get a song you love, you should not feel stuck with it.

How to request a refund

Go to your Billing page and click the "Refund" button next to your order. You can optionally share feedback about why the song did not work for you.

If you need help or do not see the instant refund option, email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of your refund promptly.

Retry credits are intended for normal personal use. We reserve the right to restrict abusive, automated, or excessive usage. See our Terms of Service for details.
