Trying MakeCustomSongs is risk-free. If you don't find a song you love, you may qualify for a complete 100% refund.

Here's how it works

Not every AI-generated song is perfect on the first try. That's why each package includes retry credits: Single Song includes 25 retries, and Family Pack includes 100 shared retries pooled across your account.

If you've tried your retries and still aren't happy, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund conditions

To qualify for an instant refund, you must meet these conditions:

• You haven't downloaded any songs from your completed order
• It's been less than 14 days since your purchase
• You've used 15 or fewer retries on that purchase

How to request a refund

Go to your Billing page and click the "Refund" button next to your order. You can optionally share feedback about why the song didn't work for you.

If you qualify, your refund will process immediately and appear on your statement within 24-48 hours.

If you don't qualify because your order is older than 14 days, you've already downloaded your song, or you've used more than 15 retries on that purchase, email us at [email protected]. We'll review your case and see if we can make an exception. That said, since each song is personalized to you, we can't always offer refunds once you've used the product.
