Each package includes retry credits. Single Song includes 25 retries, and Family Pack includes 100 shared retries. If you're not satisfied with a song, you can regenerate it:

Songs typically generate within a few minutes. If it's been more than 15 minutes, something may have gone wrong. Please contact us and we'll look into it.
AI-generated content can sometimes miss the mark. Try using your included retry credits with adjusted lyrics, genre, or other options. If you're still not satisfied, email us at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.
